We are currently hiring for Business Customer Service Associates!
If you enjoy solving problems and presenting solutions to customers then this may be the position for you!
· Answer inbound telephone inquiries from Small Business Customers and resolve issues.
· Technical trouble shooting helpdesk assistance.
· Provide Service Support for our Small Business Customers.
· Keep records of customer interactions and transactions.
· Confer with customers about products and services.
· Our associates work flexible hours in a 5am-11pm call center, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
· Strong PC/ data entry knowledge and experience
· Must be 18 years or older
